Manage Zen Cart Order Details
Store Manager for Zen Cart allows you to see complete order lifecycle at your online store: from the time when visitors purchase products on your online store, an order is created in the system, till it delivered and used to get statistical reports on your earnings.
At any particular time you can get a look at Zen Cart orders: who has placed it, what products were bought, total amount, any discount, tax or shipping cost applied, order status etc. You can not only view, but also modify and add necessary details.
For your convenience, there are different sections in the application where particular information is managed. Let’s see what information can be viewed and managed in each section.
The received orders you will be able to see in the menu, in Orders section,where they can be sorted and filtered. The information you can see in columns can be adjusted by enabling/disabling the rows you want to view (which are the most relevant for you).
Most likely you will definitely find useful that you can see customer, payment, billing&shipping details, data the purchase was made without the necessity to open each order one-by-one.
Ordered Products&Additional Items Applied
In the first tab of lower grid you will get the list of products bought together in one order. You can add new goods to the order by selecting them from your catalog, clone already existing products ordered entities right from this place, edit products attributes, remove products. Basically, you can manage contents of the order in the way you like.
The second tab allows you to change order total by applying taxes, charge shipping or redeeming coupon code.
If you have some changes made in the previous sections: added other goods, applied discount or tax - it means that the total price of the order has changed. This, clicking ‘recalculate’ button you will get updated price of the order. If necessary, you can create special formulae to change price values on the basis of some complex rules to adjust cost. All the logs of transactions performed will be shown in this section.
The order at your store goes the way from pending to delivered. You can see the history of order status changes in this section.
Moreover, here you will be able to view whether the client was notified about status change and if any comments were left.
